MIUI 12: The first list of devices that will receive an upgrade.

All MIUI and Xiaomi Fans, since the company announced it would stop developing MIUI 11 on March 26, have now turned their attention to MIUI 12.

ΩHowever, there is still no official statement from XIaomi regarding the upcoming MIUI 12 and its exact release date. However, based on some information we have and assuming that this is correct, the first closed trial version will be released in April, and if all goes well, we can see the first fixed version of the new MIUI 12 if it starts to be distributed from June to August.

If we take into account as well the article that was released a few days ago, in which Xiaomi had announced the end of support (EOL) for the following devices, then it is relatively easy to compile a list of all the other Smartphones of the company that will eventually receive the upgrade to MIUI 12.

This of course makes sense, because most of these devices were released in 2017 (almost three years ago), and the cycle of support for software upgrades by the company has come to an end (EOL = End Of Life).

Of course, this announcement may automatically mean that they will not receive MIUI 12 when it becomes available. We say this because if we take into account the distribution of previous versions of MIUI, the cancellation of the beta program for some old Smartphones, automatically led to the fact that these devices did not receive the new updates to MIUI 11 either.

Therefore, if we take into account all the above information, there is a high probability that these devices that are in the list that we have given you, will not receive an upgrade in either MIUI 12, unless Xiaomi is forced to change its plans due to pressure and complaints from owners of these devices.
