The well-known site SlashLeaks leaked some Live photos that show the real design of the Mi Mix 4. In these photos (if it is from the Mi MIX4), we see a device that has a full screen without slots for the Selfie camera, with minimal Bezel on all sides, and without any Slide-Up or pop-Up mechanism for Selfie. This means that the Selfie camera will be under the screen (Under Display), and in fact if one looks at the photos more carefully, there seem to be two cameras below the screen.
If all of the above applies, this should be the best complete solution for Selfie cameras below the screen, which can be mass-produced today. Following the exposure of these photos, which supposedly belong to Mi Mix 4, of course, they became the subject of many heated discussions among the company's fans on Chinese social media.
However, Xiaomi product manager Thomas made a controversial statement on Weibo, saying "Can't break the material, it is still possible to identify fake materials", which is like stating that the above photos may be Fake, but We have seen Thomas deny his statements in the past, so his statement is not a presumption.
On the contrary, Wang Teng (another Xiaomi executive), indirectly confirms the leaks and in fact there is a possibility that the final device is much better than the one we see in the photos.
According to recent information the Mi MIX 4 is expected to be released in the first quarter of next year, and will have a 120Hz display - a new generation of ultrasonic fingerprint detector below the screen, and will be equipped with a 108 Megapixel sensor.
