LG Velvet: A third version with Mediatek Dimensity 800 SoC has been identified

But today we see a third version of the device. A new LG device with the name Velvet found on the Google Play Console.

Το LG Velvet was announced months ago, with the device integrating the processor Snapdragon 765G for support of 5G networks.

A while ago we saw a second version for the European market, without 5G but with the Snapdragon 845 processor, to make it even more accessible to consumers.

But today we see a third version of the device. A new LG device called the Velvet has been spotted on Google Play Console. The screen resolution 2460 × 1080 at 420ppi and 6GB RAM is the same as the original version, but this version wears the processor Dimensity 800 of MediaTek, which means that LG is preparing another variant of the original device.

Unfortunately there is no more information at the moment, although we expect the same features, other than the charger, with the other versions. Remember that Dimensity 800 normally supports 5G networks, so it can be an economical but 5G version of the device.
