ΜWith the iPhone 6 (and especially the iPhone 6 Plus) Apple made the transition to bigger screens, a move that proved to be extremely successful. With the new generation XS, Apple has also increased the screen size, but the first indications from the supply chain show that Apple will not be able to repeat the success.
The first wave of sales of the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max was not as good as the sales of the iPhone 6. This is attributed to the high price of the most coveted Max model and the relative lack of a substantial upgrade of the base XS.

Apple is already dealing with lower sales of the iPhone 8 and X compared to the iPhone 6, so it is likely to remain on low flights next year. However, some component suppliers are already beginning to feel the pain of lower-than-expected orders with much reduced net profits.
