ΜAnother confirmation that it has no rival in the tablet market was given by Apple,, after the mighty iPad Pro went through AnTuTu for its standard performance measurements and dissolved the competition, with a score that reached 557,679 units! Responsible for this performance is the A12X processor and more specifically the GPU it has, with 315.108 units coming from its own power!
Note that to date there have been devices with the top of the AnTuTu Kirin 980 SoC (based on 7nm architecture) and scores over 300.000. The iPad Pro is based on the same architecture (7nm) but its 8 cores are unlocked and the result is visible!
Recall that the two new iPad Pro were recently presented at Apple's October event and are the most powerful tablets on the market - perhaps more powerful than… 92% of laptops on the market (according to Apple!).
The new iPad Pro is available in two versions: 11 and 12,9 inches with a thickness of 5,9mm, 15% thinner than the previous ones and 25% smaller. Now also, as expected, it will have Face ID, instead of a home button.
Due to the lack of a button, it now uses the gestures of the iPhone X (and XS), while now it has the A12X Bionic, with graphics processing capabilities that reach those of the… Xbox One, as mentioned. It will incorporate some magnets that will allow users to touch the Apple Pencil, and the new keyboard, which can charge wirelessly if there is contact.
An important change has to do with USB-C ports, something we see for the first time on an Apple device and the removal of Lightning ports, while you will finally be able to use the ports for many other uses, such as charging your phones.
The 11 inch model will start from €702 and the 12.9 έκδοση screen version from € 878!
