A few days ago, the Honor has officially released the new Honor 30 series smartphones, and now the company has announced that the mobile has passed the AnTuTu.
Τthe homonymous model is powered by the processor Kirin 985. This is Huawei's third SoC with 5G connectivity.
The new processor is built using a process 7nm of TSMC. It has a built-in 5G modem. Supports network standards 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G and NSA / SA 5G dual function. The theoretical maximum download rate is 1277Mbps and the upload rate is 173Mbps. The market-leading Snapdragon 865 processor plus the Snapdragon X55 modem is about 40% and 75% faster, respectively.
From the screenshot, we can see that the Honor 30 reached a CPU rating of 139.694 units, a GPU rating of 136.626 units, a MEM rating of 71.095 units and a UX rating of 66.206 units. Comparing the results on AnTuTu of the Kirin 985, Kirin 820, Kirin 810 and Snapdragon 765G processors, the results of the Kirin 985 are better than those of the Kirin 980 and Kirin 820. This shows that the Kirin 985 is more powerful than the older premium SoC Kirin 980.
