The trade war between the US and China prevented Huawei to launch a new flagship. The new flagships for their turn Mate 40 should have already been released, but the limited availability of chipsets and its loss Google Play Store for western markets, did not allow the company to proceed with their release.
Her new Mate Smartphone Huawei, are expected to be released on mid-October for the Chinese market, while global availability will start if all goes well for the company, the 2021. Note that there will also be a Tablet that will be equipped with Kirin 9000 SoC, and HarmonyOS intended to run on any smart device such as smart watches, smartphones, tablets, TVs etc.
