Η Google in recent months has made five available Android Q beta and today the company released the last update of the test program.
Όas Google states in its blog this means that the stable version is "just a few weeks away".
Android Q beta 6 will be gradually available on all devices registered in the program. This update logically does not bring new features, but perfects all existing ones.
Initially, Google made some changes to the gestures based on user feedback. First of all, change the vertical response limit of the return gesture to 200dp. Also added the ability to customize the limit through the settings. In general, make sure that navigation through gestures is smoother.
Android Q beta 6 adds even more developer tools to Android Studio. It also integrates the API 29 SDK, the latest Pixel system images and the Android Emulator. This means that developers will be able to develop applications for the new operating system directly through the emulator.
As usual, Google does not list all the changes in its blog posts but notes the most important ones. This means that in the coming days users can discover new tweaks and improvements that have been added to the beta.
It is worth noting that Android Q beta 6 brought with it some problems, some small and some big. So, those who are interested in updating their device to the latest Android Q beta version should avoid installing it on their main device.
