In particular, HONOR in the first half of the year recorded a 1% increase in sales in all markets outside China, a performance that highlights the dynamic and growing global impact of its products, thanks to its innovative technologies and innovative features.
Indicative of this dynamic is the performance of HONOR in the market of Northeastern Europe, where the increase in sales in the first six months of the year reached 110% (compared to the corresponding period of 2018).
The result of this launch was the HONOR brand climbing to a number of countries in the top five of the ranking of smartphone manufacturers, based on the market share they gathered.
In particular, in Finland HONOR in the first half of 1 reached 2019th place in the ranking with a market share of 4%, while in the Czech Republic it rose to 10,1th place with a share of 5%.
Among the highlights of HONOR in the 1st half was definitely the launch of the HONOR 20 series of smartphones, which was distinguished for its impressive photographic capabilities, winning an EISA award as the best LIFESTYLE SMARTPHONE for 2019-2020. The innovative technologies of the HONOR 20 series smartphones immediately won over the consumer public, with sales exceeding 1 million devices in just two weeks from the first day of release.
However, apart from the commercial success of its products, HONOR during the year further strengthened its presence in distribution channels around the world. Specifically, by the end of last August, the company had more than 1.760 physical stores worldwide, while increasing the number of store chains with which it cooperates to 20.000.
