The Redmi K20 Pro is arguably one of the most talked about smartphones this year, and there is concern among all of us that we may not see it released in Europe, even as Mi 9T PRO.
Τthe simple I 9T which is essentially a renaming of the simple Redmi K20, is now available in Europe, but to date we have no reports from Xiaomi of the possible release of Mi 9T PRO.
A member of the forum XDA developers, analyzing the MIUI camera application, found interesting references for the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro in the application code. He discovered that there are watermarks that correspond to three different variants of K20 Pro - raphael, raphael_global and raphaelin.
As you may have guessed, the code name raphael represents the Chinese model, the raphaelin corresponds to the Indian K20 Pro while the raphael_global is not yet announced world version Mi 9T Pro. which will be released in Europe as well.
raphael • raphael_global • raphaelin
These code names are not new to the Android world as they were found a while ago, but now we know what they mean.
In other words, the Xiaomi Mi 9T is on its way to Europe, and its release has been delayed for some reason. Today, the Yu Man, CEO of Xiaomi in Russia, confirmed to the company's fans that the Mi 9T PRO will be released soon in Russia.
But in addition to Russia, various executives of Xiaomi Poland also stated that the Mi 9T Pro will be released in Poland later this year, but not before the end of this summer.
If the above is confirmed, the Mi 9T Pro in Europe will probably make its debut on early September.
Maybe Xiaomi with these delays is just trying not to interrupt the sales of the series My 9, and this is the only logical argument we can think of.
