Η OTE SA announces the availability of the 24-month commitment programs of the following table:
The above monthly fees include:
- Basic monthly telephone line fee with 1 Voice Channel (in all programs)
- Broadband internet access speeds up to 50, up to 100 or up to 200 Mbps
- Unlimited long distance calls inside and outside the OTE network
- Built-in airtime on national mobile or landline and mobile phones in 29 European countries (international telephony)
In all programs the respective monthly fees are increased by 6,50€ for Telephone Lines with 2 voice channels.
In the above programs, the 420 minutes of calls can be consumed either to national mobiles or to international landlines and mobiles of 29 European countries, as the customer wishes. These 29 countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Hungary, Hungary , Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic and Finland.
After the expiration of the prepaid airtime, all calls to national mobiles will be charged with a single price of 0,50 € / min, while all calls to international landlines and mobiles will be charged with a single price based on the current price list (international calls). The billing step of the calls will be the minute, while any fraction of a minute, in each call, will be calculated as an integer minute.
With the provision of each program, the Customer undertakes to sign a contract of 24 months minimum stay in it. In case a fixed-term contract is terminated without good reason by the Customer, or by the Company due to the Customer's fault before the expiration of the minimum length of stay in it, then the Customer will be charged a lump sum to his Telephone Line account. which may not exceed the lesser of the following amounts:
i) the total deduction of the monthly fee of the financial plan (difference between the monthly fee of the minimum stay and the monthly fee after its expiration) received by the Customer until the moment of termination of the contract. In case the contract is terminated before the lapse of 2 months from the start of the implementation of the financial program, the Customer will be charged twice the monthly fee of the program as it is formed after the expiration of the minimum length of stay.
ii) one third of the sum of the monthly fees from the moment of termination of the contract until the end of the minimum stay. All the above amounts are calculated before VAT and Fixed Telephony Subscriber Fee 5% and 24% VAT is applied to the final amount.
Prices include VAT 24% and Fixed Telephony Subscriber Fee 5%.
The effective date of all the above programs is 26/4/2021 at 00: 00.
