Cosmote : New packages WHAT'S UP, COSMOKAPTA, FROG with unlimited DATA

A. The from is announced 19/10/2022 commercial release of the following new packages for prepaid subscribers WHAT'S UP, COSMOKAPTA, FROG with the following characteristics:

    • The package GigaSK Unlimited can be activated from Monday at 00:00:00 to Saturday at 23:59:59. The GB of the package is valid from Friday at
      18:00:00 until Sunday at 23:59:59.
    • The package UNLIMITED GIGA WEEK can be activated up to 2 times per calendar month.
    • The reactivation UNLIMITED GIGA DAY and UNLIMITED GIGA WEEK can be done after the expiration of a previous same package.
    • The package After Dark Unlimited only available to WHAT'S UP subscribers
    • Bundle MBs are available for roaming within the EU/EEA with the following limits:
      • 1613 MB for the package UNLIMITED GIGA DAY,
      • 2016 MB for the package UNLIMITED GIGA SKAnd
      • 5242MB for the package UNLIMITED GIGA WEEK.
        Beyond the above limits and until the consumption of the available MB, an additional roaming fee of €0,00248/MB is applied, for which the subscriber will also be informed by text message.
    • The MBs of the package After Dark Unlimited they are not available for roaming.

It is included in the above prices VAT 24%.

B) It is announced that from 21/11/2022:

  • For all prepaid subscribers WHAT'S UP, COSMOKAPTA, FROG the commercial availability of the packages ceases PLAY NOW UNLIMITED, GIGA DAY and Mobile
    Internet 120MB. Subscribers who have activated the above packages up to 20/11/22, they will be able to make use of its data volume
    package until it is consumed or expired, whichever occurs first.
  • For all prepaid subscribers WHAT'S UP, COSMOKAPTA, FROG, the commercially available package GigaDay Max renamed to strong>GigaDay. The rest of the features of the package remain the same.
  • For WHAT'S UP subscribers, the After Dark 5000' package to What's Up is no longer available. Subscribers who have activated the above package up to 20/11/22, they will be able to use the data volume of the package until it is consumed or expired, whichever occurs first.

Subscribers to the above COSMOTE prepaid plans have the right to cancel their contract within 30 days from the entry into force of the above amendments provided that the results of the termination occur no earlier than the day before the day of activation of the above amendments. Subscribers who will terminate their contract in accordance with the above, may request the return of their monetary balance which will be returned to them, provided that they have purchased one of the packages by the date of publication of this announcement, within thirty (30) days from their application.

For prepaid subscribers, a prepaid fee is deducted from the amount of the renewal 10%. Zero fee (0%) applies for natural persons fifteen (15) to twenty-nine (29) years old, after registering in a special application of gov.gr., for one number per beneficiary, in the first invoicing at
contracts or at the next renewal of the prepaid card.

Mobile phone subscriber fee

  • Contract accounts, the value of COSMOTE prepaid mobile phone airtime and the value of the plan and EXTRA packages chosen by COSMOTE Neo subscribers are charged with a Mobile Telephony Subscriber Fee and a Prepaid Telephony Fee (hereinafter "Mobile Fee") respectively in accordance with article 12 of Law 2579/1998, with the exception of connections providing wireless access to the Internet (Internet), since they relate exclusively to the use of data.
  • The Mobile Telephony Subscriber Fee is calculated as a percentage of 10% on the monthly bill of each connection before VAT.
  • The Prepaid Telephony Fee is calculated as a percentage of 10% on the value of the airtime or communication provided, regardless of the way in which it is granted, before value added tax.
  • The Mobile Fee is set at zero percent (0%) for natural persons aged fifteen (15) to twenty-nine (29), that is, persons who during each year have completed their fourteenth (14th) year of age up to on December 31 of the previous year and have not reached their thirtieth (30th) year of age by that date.
  • For the implementation of the Zero Rate, registration is required in a special application accessible through the single digital portal of the public administration (gov.gr-EPSP). The Zero Rate is applied for one (1) connection or one (1) prepaid card per beneficiary, after the completion of the registration in the above application of the beneficiaries or their guardians in the case of minors, from the first invoicing in case of contract connection or from the next airtime renewal in case of prepaid connection.
  • The Mobile Fee (10%) applies to bills issued and airtime or communication cards and renewals activated by consumers from 01/01/2022 onwards. The Zero Rate is applied to bills issued and airtime or communication cards and renewals activated by consumers from 10/01/2022 onwards, and as long as the registration of the beneficiaries has been completed in the above application and under the above conditions.
  • Mobile Internet Contract connections are not charged with a Mobile Telephony Subscriber Fee, with the exception of the non-commercially available COSMOTE Mobile Internet Any Way 2GB PAL and COSMOTE Mobile Internet Any Way 5GB PAL Programs. Also, no mobile phone fee is imposed on the renewal amount for Mobile Internet connections with a card.
  • For prepaid telephony and KartoContract connections, and regardless of the time renewal method, a 10% prepaid telephony fee is deducted from the renewal amount. Specifically for renewals of €10, €12, €15, €20 and €30 the value of renewal time after deducting the prepaid telephony fee is €9,09, €10,91, €13,64, €18,18 & 27,27 .XNUMX€ respectively, including VAT, while in the case of a zero fee, the original amounts apply (including VAT).
  • A 10% Mobile Telephony fee is applied to the renewals of the account extension service as well as to the charges to the account of the additional Voice/SMS and Data packages of the Contract and CardContract programs.
  • In COSMOTE Neo, in cases of time renewal and regardless of the renewal method, a 10% mobile phone fee is deducted from the renewal amount. Specifically, for €2, €5, €10, €12, €15, €20 and €30 renewals, the renewal time value after deducting the Mobile Fee is €1,82, €4,55, €9,09, 10,91 .13,64€, 18,18€, 27,27€ & XNUMX€ respectively including VAT, while in the case of a zero fee the original amounts apply (including VAT).
