Η OTE SA announces the availability for a limited time of the COSMOTE Fiber 200Mbps program via fiber optic infrastructure to the home (Fiber to the Home), 24-month commitment, at an offer price, according to the table below:

The above monthly fees are included:
- Basic monthly fee telephone line with 1 Voice Channel
- Broadband internet access speed 200 Mbps
- Unlimited long distance calls inside and outside the OTE network
- Unlimited talk time on national mobile phones
In the above program, the corresponding monthly fees are increased by 6,50€ for Telephone Lines with 2 voice channels.
By providing the program the Customer commits to signing a 24-month minimum stay contract in this. In case a fixed-term contract is terminated without good reason by the Customer, or by the Company due to the Customer's fault before the expiration of the minimum length of stay in it, then the Customer will be charged a lump sum to his Telephone Line account. which can be:
- If the interruption occurs within the first two months of the contract, the subscriber pays fixed for two (2) months, in addition to the fixed assets corresponding to the time of stay. To this amount is added the remaining amount of depreciation for any device and/or terminal equipment subsidy and/or network connection construction corresponding to the period for which fixed payments are not paid, i.e. for the remaining months, after the time of occurrence of the results as above notice, until the normal expiration of the contract minus two months.
- If the interruption occurs after 2th month of the contract, the subscriber pays it one quarter (1/4) of the sum of the monthly fixed assets for the period after the time of occurrence of the results of the aforementioned termination until the normal expiration of the fixed-term contract. To this amount is added the remaining amount of depreciation for any device and/or terminal equipment subsidy and/or network connection construction corresponding to the period for which fixed payments are not paid, i.e. for the three quarters (3/4) of the remaining period / months, from the moment of occurrence of the results of the above-mentioned termination, until the normal termination of the contract.
All the above amounts of the release fee are calculated before VAT and the Fixed Telephony Subscriber Fee 5% and VAT is applied to the final amount 24%.
The effective date of the above program is 20/6/2023 and time 00:00.
