It is announced that from 24/07/23 for all prepaid subscribers COSMOTE (WHAT'S UP, COSMOKARTA, FROG) the service is modified”COSMOTE Easy Transfer"
Specifically, the “COSMOTE Easy Transfer” service as amended as follows:
• The subscriber from whom the amount is transferred must have made a total amount of renewals of at least €35 in the last 6 months from €20 in the last 4 months that was valid until today.
• The recipient of the amount should now have made at least 1 renewal cash balance in the last 2 months.
The transfer of any amount from a prepaid subscriber is no longer considered a balance renewal and consequently the validity period of the subscriber's balance on the date of transfer of the amount remains the same as well as the connection blocking date since the last balance renewal of the recipient of the amount.
The terms and other features of the service remain the same.
Prepaid subscribers affected by the above amendments have the right to terminate their contract within 30 days from the entry into force of the above amendments, provided that the effects of the termination occur no earlier than the day before the day of activation of the above amendments . Subscribers who will terminate their contract in accordance with the above, may request the return of their monetary balance which will be returned to them, provided that they have used the service by the date of publication of this notice, within thirty ( 30) days from their application.
