The long-term offer of the OTE Group to non-profit organizations for children in the last twenty years reaches 9 million euros.
Δseventy non-profit organizations, who take care of children all over Greece, reinforced the OTE Group in 2020, with total donation for this year amounts to € 470.000. In a particularly difficult year due to the pandemic, the institutions used this financial support to cover their increased needs for hospital and health equipment, infrastructure, educational programs or other functional needs for child care.
Solidarity and support for vulnerable social groups, especially children, are for COSMOTE a key pillar of Corporate Responsibility actions and part of its vision for a better world for all. The company every year, for twenty years, it supports the work of associations who are committed to the protection and care of children, having offered a total of almost EUR 9 million.
In the selection process of the bodies that each year receive the support of the OTE Group, its employees all over Greece also actively participate, through online voting.
