Apple: Remove over 46.000 apps from the Chinese App Store!

Apple proceeded to "liquidate" More than 39.000 games from the Chinese App Store, with the total number of apps removed being more than 46.000.

ΕIt is known that the Apple, pays a lot of attention to the content that is "hosted" in its App Store, that's why it has established a lot strict controls and has set a number of restrictions on developers.

That's why at the beginning of the year, Apple proceeded to the "liquidation" More than 39.000 games from the Chinese App Store. The total number of applications removed was more than 46.000 and Apple made this move because many developers did not renew it their license on Chinese iOS Store, which expired on 31 December of 2020 and which concerned the possibility of in-app purchases.

It is worth noting that the developers knew about the aforementioned situation from the past July, while Apple is obliged by the laws of the Chinese government to follow a specific one protocol. Based on this, any paid game or mobile application must first have the relevant license and by the special commission of the Chinese state.

Among the popular titles that "disappeared" from the Chinese Apple Store are Assassin's Creed Identity and NBA 2K20, while in fact it is estimated that they managed to "Survive" just 74 of the top 1500 mobile games that use subscriptions or the ability for micro transactions.
