Apple recently announced the new version of the MacBook Air that comes with a processor Intel Core 10th generation and the new Magic Keyboard which was first introduced on the 16 '' MacBook Pro, at a price of $999!
Τthe new MacBook Air comes with a choice for processor up to quad-core Intel Core i7 10th generation with Turbo Boost technology for core clock speeds up to 3.8GHz, resulting in up to twice faster performance compared to the previous generation.
It also incorporates the new Intel Iris Plus Graphics graphics processor for 80% faster performance in games and video editing.
As for the new Magic Keyboard, has a redesigned 1mm mechanism for a comfortable and robust feel of the keys, while the inverted T for the navigation buttons helps you to immediately perceive what you press without looking.
The construction of the new MacBook Air is made of a single piece of 100% recycled aluminum and is available in gold, silver and space gray.
Other features include a 13 '' Retina display, SSD storage from 256GB to 2TB, three microphones for clearer voice in FaceTime conversations, the Force Touch trackpad for maximum accuracy and multitouch support, Thunderbolt 3 slots for data transfer, charging and output video (up to 6K external display support) and stereo speakers.
In terms of security and privacy, Apple has integrated Apple T2 Security Chip which offers instant encryption of data stored on the SSD, while also protecting the biometric data of the Touch ID sensor.
The new MacBook Air will be available from next week.
Note that the Mac mini, as they now have twice the storage space compared to previous versions, but at the same prices.
