Since then, Apple has acknowledged the problem and made a post on the product technical support website entitled "If your MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) keeps shutting down.". The process described does not present any difficulty in its execution, but it is certainly quite time consuming.
So if you are experiencing this problem, then according to Apple you will have to wait until your laptop battery drops below 90%. At this point you need to connect the power supply to your MacBook Pro, close all applications and put your laptop in sleep mode. Then you need to let it charge for at least eight hours and then update to the latest version of macOS.
If the problem persists, you will need to go to the nearest Apple Store to have your battery replaced or, in the worst case, your MacBook Pro. Unfortunately, the number of 13 ”Mac Book Pros that present this problem remains unknown.
