Apple has decided to put the 2016 iPhone SE back on the shelves, in order to mitigate its reduced profits, for which it has been a matter of fear for a few months.
ΑRumors that the company wanted to launch a new "cheap" iPhone, the iPhone SE 2, remained unreal, apparently, the lower sales of the company's phones for 2018, forced Apple to avoid the risk , launching another new device.
And while they had announced that the production of iPhone SE, iPhone X and iPhone 6s / 6s Plus would stop, last November the production of iPhone X started again. Following the same tactic, the popular iPhone SE returned to the shelves with a lower price and… sold out!
The company now says that in its online stores it has sold out both the 32GB version, which sold for $ 249 instead of 349, and the 128GB version, which from $ 449 initially, reached $ 299.
The devices on offer were, of course, new, with sealed packaging and possibly dust in Apple warehouses.
