Huawei Mate 30 Pro: Appeared on Antutu followed by SD855 & 855+

The Huawei Mate 30 Pro made his appearance today at Antutu Benchmark, and shows how her chip Huawei HiSilicon follows the competition from Qualcomm and Apple,, and is very close to winning first place.

ΤThe Smartphone that was tested was the LIO-AL00, which according to TENAA is the 4G version of Pro. This is important because 4G and 5G phones use slightly different versions of the Kirin 990 chipset..

In short, the Kirin 990 chipset at Mate 30 Pro 5G is built on a 7nm + EUV process, the mid-range Cortex-A76 cores are clocked at 0,27GHz higher than the 4G version of the PRO. The Kirin 990 Chipsert in PRO 4G is made with the older 7nm process.

This means that there is room for higher scores once the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G and Mate 30 5G become available. AnTuTu also reports that there may have been some energy-saving functionality that was slowing down the results.

Huawei Mate 30 Pro (4G): AnTuTu Rating

The performance of the Mate 30 Pro is somewhere between the Smartphones that "wear" the Snapdragon 855 and the newer models that use Qualocomm's 855+ SoC. Based on the rating of the phone in the storage section, AnTuTu believes that the Mate 30 Pro is equipped with UFS 3.0.

Huawei Mate 30 Pro rating on AnTuTu
Total 457,357
Processor 151,647
GPU 159,418
Memory 87,367
UX 58,925

Note that the test was performed with version 8 of the AnTuTu application (which gives more weight to the storage score). Currently , the Black Shark 2 Pro and Asus ROG Phone II occupy the top 2 positions (both Smartphones "wear" the S855 +), and in third place is the Huawei Mate 30 PRO with the One Plus 7 Pro following in 4th place in the ranking.

For comparison, here are the overall results for the iPhone 11:
