Η HMD Global announced its release Nokia C1, one Android Go Edition smartphone, which will be available in African countries such as Kenya and Nigeria, and in the Middle East.
ΤThe Nokia C1 will be available in Kenya at 53 euros, so we expect to see it at a similar price in other markets.
Nokia's new budget handset features a 5.45-inch IPS display with 480x960p resolution. The selfie camera has a 5MP sensor with flash. A corresponding camera can be found on the back of the device.
Inside the Nokia C1 we find a quad-core processor at 1.3GHz of unknown origin (we assume it is a MediaTek SoC) and 1GB RAM. The storage space is 16GB and can be expanded to 64GB via microSD.
The device of the Finnish company can accept two SIM cards, however it does not have LTE connectivity and you will have to rely on 3G. It also only supports Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n). The capacity of the battery reaches 2.500mAh, while charging is via the microUSB socket. The device also has the necessary headphone jack to listen to music or radio, however you will need to get headphones, as no headset is included in the package.
