Xiaomi BlackShark 2: appeared on Geekbench with Android 8.1 Oreo

ΑIt was confirmed a few hours ago that date of its official presentation, it's time for the standard benchmarks measurements, right? So BlackShark 2 appeared on Geekbench and revealed - both its performance - and the version of Android on which it is based.

According to the entry, its performance is typical, but without making it more powerful in the market - the OnePlus 6 is the most powerful at the moment according to Geekbench. It is also confirmed that it is based on Android 8.1 Oreo and not in the latest version of Google Android 9.0 Pie.

Recall that the xiaomi black shark was announced in April as an alternative to the Razer Phone and yet its successor seems to be ready, judging by the device's recent leaked video, which was uploaded to Slashleaks and shows a very slim phone, with an RGB backlit logo (and sides) that… make it a spectacle device:

Let's not forget that last week, the company uploaded a teaser for the successor of the BlackShark 2 device. The image mentions 'Sharks Approaching' and 'Unleashing Soon' without any other information unfortunately. We suspect that we will see the mobile soon, as the Razer Phone 2 has just been announced. Xiaomi will want to overtake the sales in the category of gaming smartphones as Christmas is coming, which is traditionally the best shopping season.

Like the Razer phone the new BlackShark he's got Snapdragon 845 and 8GB RAM. Xiaomi provides 128GB of storage instead of Razer 64GB. The latter provides a top screen with 120Hz, extremely powerful stereo speakers and RBG backlight illumination. The BlackShark 2 provides an excellent exterior design with an 18: 9 screen and given the company history a much better price. The Razer Phone 2 starts at $ 799, while the Xiaomi offer will cost just over $ 500.
