Xiaomi is preparing a new Gaming Smartphone called Black Shark Skywalker and will have a Snapdragon 855 and at least 8 GB of RAM.
Η Xiaomi introduced its first gaming device in April, called the Black Shark. This was followed by the black Helo Shark Helo presented with 10 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, while most of the other internal ones remained the same. Now the Chinese manufacturer is preparing a third phone, called the Black Shark Skywalker. According to a list in Geekbench, it will have a Snapdragon 855 and at least 8 GB of RAM.
The result is 3,494 with a core and 1,149 with multiple cores, almost in line with a previous reference point - the Xperia XZ4 powered by Qualcomm's latest chipset. This is the first time an Android device will cross the 10.000 threshold, as it is commonly seen on Apple devices powered by the A11 Bionic and A12 Bionic chips.
The Snapdragon 855 is the first chipset supported by the San Diego company, and should have the appropriate X24 or X50 modem to support 5G. We will know if this happens as soon as the Black Shark Skywalker is announced, which will probably be announced the next months.
