ΤXiaomi POCO F1is one of them Cheaper devices with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC . He's got start recently in India and it is to get a global boot soon . The phone has seen one record sales on Flipkart in India, however, during his short life he has already had a fair share of controversy already.
An important issue that has arisen these days is that many users have reported a problem with its Screen Bleeding screen at POCO F1. As it is hardware issue , and unfortunately cannot be fixed through a software update .
Screen Bleeding is a situation in which there is light leakage when the filter illuminates from below the screen on its sides . It can be easily identified if in device we have selected a dark (black) background . Another way to check if your device has this problem is when we do the screen tests that are built into the CIT application of your device.
To perform the tests from the CIT application, follow the steps below.
One user claims that as soon as he encountered the problem he chose to return the device with the reason " quality problems with product " and the her application return was accepted by Flipkart . An Indian version received one revision unit that had a problem with Screen Bleeding . A another user took to Twitter to claim he got her his device from Flipkart.
Screen Bleeding Samples
The good part is that Screen Bleeding does not increase over time and not all devices are affected by the same problem . Although this problem does not affect not at all the performance of the devices , however, there may seem to be some lack of quality control by Xiaomi's production chain.
From personal experience, I have not found any IPS screen that has not even the slightest Bleeding, as long as it is not to the extent that it creates color fading and is easily visible to the eye.
