Greek consumers will soon have more options when it comes to payments via mobile devices (NFC)
Σaccording to information published in newsbomb.grThe Xiaomi is preparing to make it available in Greece as well Xiaomi Pay.
In practice, this means that the owner of a Xiaomi device that supports close-range communication (NFC) will be able to make payments without interruption. Of course, the user must connect his card and his bank must support this service. At present, the Xiaomi has cooperation with Mastercard and in Greece it remains to be seen which will be the first bank to embrace the project.
The most likely "scenario", at least according to existing information, is Alpha Bank, but this will be announced in early July, when it is expected to officially launch Xiaomi Pay. The most interesting thing is that with the new system, everyone will be able to pay even with a smart band!
