From what it looks like Xiaomi also plans to release another smartwatch for global markets. No, it will not be We Watch running the Google Wear OS, but some cheaper with a rounded screen.
Σaccording to new information coming from them XDA Developers , Xiaomi seems to be preparing to release Mi watch color for International Markets, a Smartwatch that was made available in China last January, and will name it Mi watch revolve.
This information became known from the latest version of the application We Watch, to which support has been added for a new Smartwatch named Mi watch revolve.
The list of supported Smartwatch in the application shows how Mi watch revolve has a circular display with two keys and is very similar to Amazfit GTR of Huami. This of course is not surprising, as the Huami is the company that makes all the Smartwatch in the Amazfit series, and works closely with Xiaomi (for example, it also designs the Mi Band).
An internet search for Mi watch revolve revealed a Video Review by a Spanish YouTuber, who even bought the watch from AliExpress for about 90 € (~ 101 $).
As mentioned above, Xiaomi has released Mi watch color in China last January at around 799 yuan (~ $ 112), but now its price has dropped to 599 yuan (~ $ 84).
Since the Mi watch revolve apparently it will be a renaming of it Watch Color for markets outside China, it is expected to have the same features including heart rate sensor, gyroscope, accelerometer, compass, ambient light sensor and more.
