Η Xiaomi held its annual event today Smarter Living in India, where it introduced a range of products and accessories, including new TVs Mi TV 5X.
ΕThe main points of today's event were the Mi Notebook Ultra and Pro, Xiaomi also released the Mi Band 6, Mi Home Security Camera Pro, Mi Router 4A , a pair of shoes and finally, the new TV series Mi TV 5X, which will be available in three different screen sizes: 43, 50 and 55 inches.
All three TVs in the series Mi TV 5X have panels 4K with analysis 3840 x 2160. The TVs are certified for Dolby Vision and HDR10 +. The device panel is on 10 bit and supports the Reality Flow, Vivid Picture Engine 2, while covering up to 94% of his color palette DCI-P3.
These are essentially televisions that belong to Premium category, with beautiful frameless design and high screen to body ratio. The 43-inch variant has a screen-to-body ratio of 95,4%, of 50 inches at 95,9% and the largest of the three with a 55-inch screen, has a screen-to-body ratio of up to 96,6%.
As far as the sound is concerned, the Mi TV 5X has stereo speakers with support for Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD. The larger 50-inch and 55-inch versions have speakers with a total power output of 40w, while the smaller version of 43 inches has speakers with a total power of 30w. TVs also have sensitive long-range microphones that support Google Assistant with voice commands.
In terms of connectivity, the Mi TV 5X has support for HDMI 2.1 with eARC together with Bluetooth 5.0 and dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac (2 × 2 MIMO). There are three ports HDMI, two doors USB-A, one door ethernet, a view and entrance AV and headphone jack 3,5 mm.
The TVs are equipped with a quad-core processor 64-bit with A55 cores and Mali G52 MP2 GPU. There are 2 GB RAM together with 16 GB of storage space. Xiaomi claims that the TVs have an input delay of 6,5ms in resolution 4K with a renewal rate of 60Hz.
Like all Xiaomi TVs, the Mi TV 5X is also running the patch Wall, a custom Xiaomi interface over the Android TV 10 and also has the built-in chromecast.
