Η Xiaomi India announced a new one today battery replacement program for all the company's smartphones sold to India
ΣWith this program, owners of Xiaomi Smartphones in India will be able to test their device and replace if necessary degraded or defective batteries at affordable prices.
In older devices it is a given that their batteries have lost much of their capacity and it is common to think about replacing them. So, the Xiaomi India announced a battery replacement program in India.
With this program it will be possible to easily replace on defective or old batteries in every way this initiative is a very well-intentioned move by Xiaomi to improve the durability and lifespan of its devices, as lithium-ion batteries are known to degrade relatively easily over time.
This move of Xiaomi confirms the company's ongoing commitment to ensuring long-term product support for its customers, and to providing integrated services to all the devices it sells.
As part of this program, smartphone batteries will be tested at My Service Center of India, and the battery replacement program will cover the replacement of original batteries in all Xiaomi devices sold in the country at very affordable prices starting from 499 Š Indian Rupees (about 6 €).
