Η Xiaomi is preparing to release soon in China the new CIVI 2 and RedMi 11A, which received certification from 3C
Τbeing September 2021, Xiaomi presented in China, the smartphone Xiaomi Citizen which focuses on teenagers and women, while last April of this year, our company also introduced the Xiaomi CIVI 1S, as an updated version of the original model.
The only improvements offered by the Xiaomi CIVI 1S it was an improved chip and a new color variant. Since last May, some rumors started to circulate that the company is working on the Xiaomi CIVI 2, and today this device made an appearance in its database 3C certification platform in China, which indicates that the device is going to be released soon.
But it is Xiaomi CIVI 2 will not be the only device that the company is preparing to release in China, as at the same time as the CIVI 1S, has received certification from 3C and the alleged Redmi 11A.
Below we see the two Xiaomi devices listed in the 3C database with model numbers 2209129SC (Xiaomi CIVI 2) and 22095RA98C (Redmi 11A). Both models have support for connectivity on 5G networks, and the CIVI 1S it will have a fast charger at 67wWhile Redmi 11A will be released with a charger at 10w.
Rumors revealed that the upcoming Xiaomi CIVI 2 will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC, and let us remind you that last year's CIVI was equipped with the Snapdragon 778G, while the CIVI 1S with the Snapdragon 778G+.
The CIVI 2 of Xiaomi will feature OLED a panel with Full HD+ resolution, refresh rate at 120 Hz and support at Dolby Vision. It is possible that it has one curved AMOLED panel, like CIVI's current models, and the fingerprint scanner will be integrated under the screen.
So far there is no information available about its battery capacity CIVI 2 and camera specifications. However, it is believed that the device will be equipped with improved selfie and rear cameras compared to its predecessors.
Concerning the Redmi 11A, some of its specifications have not been revealed so far, apart from what was listed in its database 3C.
