According to Zac Bowden of Windows Central, who is considered extremely reliable in his predictions, Microsoft's goal is to “releases major versions of Windows every three years, with the next release scheduled for 2024, three years after the Windows 11 released in 2021."
In this three-year cycle, the operating system development team will release major updates (named “Moments”), which will introduce new features. THE Bowden states that we may see up to four updates each year.
