New prepaid packages, changes to existing packages & implementation of correct usage policy by Vodafone
The company VODAFONE PANAFON SA announces the following package changes Debit card:
PART A – PRICE CHANGES
In order to meet the needs of our subscribers and simplify our services, we continue to offer even more benefits through our new and renewed packages.
More specifically the following packages from 19/05/2023, offer even more benefits in voice and data services to meet the telecommunication needs of our subscribers. Particularly:
- The CU Combo M renamed to CU MeApOla 10.9 and provides unlimited minutes to everyone, 100 SMS and 1,5GB for 30 days with a fixed price 10,9€.
- The CU Combo L renamed to CU MeApOla 13 and provides unlimited minutes to everyone, 300 SMS and 4GB for 30 days with a fixed price 13,5€.
- The CU Combo 7GB renamed to CU MeApOla 13.5 EXTRA and provides 400' to everyone, 300 SMS and 7GB for 30 days, with a fixed price 13,5€.
- The CU Combo XL renamed to CU MeApOla 18 EXTRA and provides unlimited minutes to everyone, 300 SMS and 6,5GB for 30 days with price 15€. The package is also on offer from 07/07/2023 its price will be set at 18€.
- The Combo M renamed to Combo Unlimited 1,5GB and provides unlimited minutes to everyone, 100 SMS and 1,5GB for 30 days with a fixed price 10,9€.
- The Unlimited Combos renamed to Combo Unlimited 4GB and provides unlimited minutes to everyone, 300 SMS and 4GB for 30 days with a fixed price 13,5€.
- The Combo 7GB & 300' renamed to Combo 7GB and provides 400' to everyone, 300 SMS and 7GB for 30 days, with a fixed price 13,5€.
- The Students Xclusive 8.5 renamed to CU XCLUSIVE MeApOla 9 and provides unlimited minutes to everyone, 100 SMS and 1,5GB for 30 days with a fixed price of 8,5€ until 07/07/2023. After the above date, its price will be set at 9€.
- The Students Xclusive 10.9 renamed to CU XCLUSIVE MeApOla 10.9 and provides unlimited minutes to everyone, 300 SMS and 4GB for 30 days. The package was renamed to CU XCLUSIVE MeApOla 10.9 and its price remains constant at 10€ until 07/07/2023. After the above date, its price will be set at 10,9€.
- The Students Xclusive 12 renamed to CU XCLUSIVE MeApOla 13.5 and provides unlimited minutes to everyone, 300 SMS and 6,5GB for 30 days. Its price will remain constant at 12€ until 7/7/2023. After the above date, its price will be set at 13,5€.
- The CU Special renamed to CU SPECIAL MeApOla 10 provides unlimited minutes to everyone, 100 SMS and 1,5GB for 30 days with a fixed price of 10€.
- Also, the short-term packages to everyone, from 19/5/2023 modified and made more attractive to meet the growing needs of our subscribers. Specifically:
- The Data Day which provided unlimited data for 1 day at a cost 1,5€ renewed and provides unlimited data for 1 day at a cost 0,9€. The package was renamed to CU MONO SCROLL DAY for CU subscribers and Data Unlimited Day for Vodafone prepaid subscribers.
- The Data Unlimited Weekends which provided unlimited data for 4 weekends at a cost 3€ renewed and provides unlimited data for 4 weekends at cost 2,7€. The package was renamed to CU MONO SCROLL 4 WEEKENDS for CU subscribers and Data Unlimited 4 Weekends for Vodafone prepaid subscribers.
From 19/5/2023 the package is available CU MeApOla 27 for subscribers CU & Combo Unlimited 200GB for Vodafone prepaid subscribers that provides unlimited minutes to everyone, 300 SMS and 200GB for 30 days at a cost 27€.
The CU Shake bonus from 19/5 it was renewed and offers even more benefits to CU subscribers, replacing renewal bonuses.
More specifically for students:
- For renewal up to €10 CU Shake offers 200MB for 20 days free or 400MB for 7 days free or 3GB for 30 days with cost 2€.
- For renewal from €10 to €12 per year CU Shake offers 1,5GB for 30 days free or 2,5GB for 7 days free or 3,5GB for 30 days with cost 2€.
- For renewal from €12 to €13 per year CU Shake offers 2,5GB for 30 days free or 4,5GB for 7 days free or 5,5GB for 30 days with cost 2€.
- For renewal from €13 and above CU Shake offers 4,5GB for 30 days free or 6,5GB for 7 days free or 7,5GB for 30 days with cost 2€.
- For other CU subscribers:
- For renewal up to €12 CU Shake offers 200MB for 20 days free or 400MB for 7 days free or 3GB for 30 days with cost 2€.
- For renewal from €12 to €13 per year CU Shake offers 1,5GB for 30 days free or 2,5GB for 7 days free or 3,5GB for 30 days with cost 2€.
- For renewal from €13 to €20 per year CU Shake offers 2,5GB for 30 days free or 4,5GB for 7 days free or 5,5GB for 30 days with cost 2€.
- For renewal from €20 and above CU Shake offers 4,5GB for 30 days free or 6,5GB for 7 days free or 7,5GB for 30 days with cost 2€.
- The CU Shake offers 8Gb for each new activation. The renewal card bonuses that are replaced by the scheme above are as follows: 500MB for 15 days with 12€ online renewal card, 1500MB for 15 days with €15 online renewal card, 2000MB for 15 days with 20€ online top up card, top up bonuses via store 900MB for top up 15€ and above, the Just Surf Bonus 100MB for 30 days to renew up to 20€ (500MB for students), the Just Surf Bonus 1GB for 30 days for a renewal card from €20 and above.
We remind you that as of 27/03/2023, the following new packages are commercially available for CU and Vodafone prepaid subscribers:
- The CU MeApOla 7.2 EXTRA for CU & Combo subscribers 400MB for Vodafone prepaid subscribers that provides 400' to everyone, 40 SMS and 400MB for 30 days with cost 7,2€
- The CU MeApOla 7.2 for CU & Combo subscribers 1.5GB for Vodafone prepaid subscribers that provides unlimited minutes to everyone, 100 SMS and 1,5GB for 20 days with cost 7,2€. From 07/07/2023, the benefits of the package will be modified and will provide 600' to all, 100 SMS and 1,5GB for 20 days at a cost 7,2€.
PART B – APPLICATION OF FAIR USE POLICY
From 22 July 2023 VODAFONE will apply a policy of correct data usage to prepaid subscribers, in the context of ensuring the quality of services and protecting its network.
More specifically, after consumption 300GB of mobile data per month, the internet speed will be adjusted with a maximum value of 4mbps. The month of use is calculated as the calendar month.
The fair usage policy will apply from the above date for new and existing prepaid subscribers.
Notes
1. All the above package prices and offers include VAT 24% and 10% mobile phone fee. The above fee does not apply to exemption beneficiaries.
2. Subscribers who have the above packages active with automatic activation will get the improved benefits of their packages in their next automatic renewal.
3. Due to the above changes, subscribers have the right to terminate their contract free of charge from the publication of this announcement for two (2) months.
