ATMs are maintained and supported by the company's innovative method DN AllConnectSM Data Engine DN AllConnectSM Data Engine, with the central idea of interconnection. This method enables Piraeus Bank to adopt Internet of Things technology (IoT) in which sensor data is provided and evaluated by connected systems in real time using cloud computing and machine learning, so that when an incident is reported, the exact root cause and the type of repair required are identified remotely, speeding up the recovery process.
Information is also provided on the required level of skills and experience of the technician, the required spare parts and the expected duration of the repair, achieving a higher rate of remoteness and therefore the highest possible availability of the system for the Bank's customer.
