Η OnePlus, during the summer, patented the name "Warp Charge", for the fast charge model, and published a teaser video that refers to it and its presentation OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition, enhancing the chances of fast 50W charging in this special version of the device.
The OnePlus teaser is full of messages as the speed of McLaren vehicles may mean that the special edition of OnePlus 6T has respectively very fast charging at 50W. The message that accompanies the OnePlus teaser video on Twitter states that "charging is going to catch up with Warp speed", and since the company has registered the name Warp Charge for fast charging, then perhaps we can expect to see the most fast charging we've seen so far from OnePlus.
It should be noted that OnePlus registered the name Warp Charge shortly after the registration, by Oppo, of the name Super VOOC at 50W and the release of the Oppo Find X Lamborghini Edition. In addition to very fast charging, the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition is expected to have 256GB of internal storage and 10GB of RAM, something that is done for the first time on a company smartphone.

It remains to see all the details about this new version of the OnePlus smartphone as well as the points that will be different compared to the current models, with the presentation on December 11 being of great interest.
