ΜAfter many references and many other certifications, the upcoming Samsung smartphone has received approval for release from the FCC in the USA.
The certification, included in the model number SM-M105F / DS, reveals the presence of a large 6-inch screen with dimensions of 155,7 x 75,8 mm. This means that, in terms of size, it will be more or less on par with the Galaxy S9 +, a fairly large departure for Samsung's budget range. After all, in recent history, the South Korean brand has kept its larger screens for more expensive devices, hoping to push customers towards more expensive models.
In terms of specifications, previous leaks have shown the presence of Samsung's Exynos 7870 octagon chip. This is said to come in combination with a very respectable 3GB of RAM and the choice of two storage formats: either 16GB or 32GB.
The setup is set to be Android 8.1 Oreo straight out of the box, with the older Samsung Experience overlay, Bluetooth 4.2 and a 3.400mAh battery.
The Samsung Galaxy M10 will be announced in early January alongside the Galaxy M20 and Galaxy M30. Samsung is also working on some new Galaxy A models, but these are not yet ready for release.
