Xiaomi and Reliance Jio have teamed up to test the upcomingο Redmi K50i at 5G networks of the mobile operator, prior to the release of the device planned for them July 20
Το Redmi k50i will have a total of twelve zones in 5G networks – specifically the belts n1, n3, n5, n7, n8, n20, n28a, n38, n40, n41, n77 and n78. The phone successfully passed all tests performed in real-world usage conditions, such as streaming content in 4K and gaming through the cloud. Xiaomi also confirmed that the phone will be available for purchase with a display that it will have refresh rate at 144Hz.
The Redmi k50i is expected to be an updated version of it Redmi Note 11T Pro + which will be released in the Indian market but maybe in other markets globally (it remains to be confirmed by the company itself), so we already know what to expect in terms of the device's specifications. THE Xiaomi India has already confirmed that the device will be equipped with the chipset Dimensity 8100 of Mediatek.
The device will also feature a main camera at 64MP along with one UltraWide lens with 8MP camera sensor, One Macro camera at 2MP and one Selfie camera at 16MP.
The device is expected to be powered by one battery at 4.400 mAh with support for wired fast charge at 120 W.
The Redmi k50i it will be launched simultaneously in India along with the wireless headphones Redmi Buds 3 Lite, which they will have dynamic speakers with a diameter of 6mm with connectivity to Bluetooth 5.2 and music playback time of up to 18 hours. These headphones also feature and IP54 certification, which makes them resistant to drops of water and sweat, but also to dust.
