Η Redmi (subsidiary of Xiaomi) is going to launch on March 28 in China, the new smartphone Redmi Note 12 Turbo 5G


According to the latest reports and posters released by the company, the phone will feature a quality OLED display panel at 12-bit, and will have a maximum storage space of 16GB + 1TB and a huge battery at 5000mAh with fast charging support on 67w.

Our company also presented today a new color of the device, called “Ice Feather White".

The Redmi Notes 12 Turbo it will also come with a setting dual stereo speakers, support at HDR10 + and Dolby VisionAt Hi-Res double gold standard, but also in spatial audio. The display will support 68,7 billion colors, cover 100% of the wide color palette in DCI-P3, will have 1920Hz PWM Dimming and certification to SGS Low Blue Light.

Xiaomi also confirmed that the phone will have smaller bezels than the iPhone 14, with a screen-to-body ratio of 93.45% and thickness 1.95mm at the top and 1.42 mm on the sides of the screen.

The Redmi Note 12 Turboo will be powered by the processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2, in combination with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The phone will also feature a vapor chamber cooling system with a total area of 3725 mm to improve heat dissipation by 35%. The device will also focus on durability, thanks to the reinforced steel attached to the motherboard and the reinforced four-corner design of the device.

The Redmi Note 12 Turbo will “run” it MIUI 14 based on Android 13, making it the first Redmi smartphone to run the Android 13 from the beginning of its circulation.

As far as cameras are concerned, the phone will feature one main camera at 64MP with OIS support, but details about the other cameras are currently unknown. Despite the fact that the device has an OLED panel, the fingerprint sensor will be integrated into the power button on the right side of the device.

Xiaomi has placed particular emphasis on the durability of the device's software, claiming that it will have software failure rate as low as 0,005%. The phone has gone through 300+ test scenarios and 250.000 hours extremely long endurance tests, ensuring a reliable and durable device. Xiaomi ensures that the device will deliver 48 months of smooth and hassle-free experience in the software with the constant upgrades that will pass.

The Redmi Notes 12 Turbo is expected to launch globally under the brand name Poco F5 on April 5 in India as well. With its impressive specifications, this phone is sure to attract many consumers in the world's largest smartphone market, which is none other than India.
