Πa month ago, his new series Redmi Note 10 was introduced almost simultaneously in China but also worldwide, and since then sales of the devices have skyrocketed, but unfortunately not everything is rosy, as new information came today, for several user complaints, which report problems with the smooth operation of the screen device.
In particular, several owners of different models in its series Redmi Note 10 have started bombarding Twitter with reports about accidental freezes on the device screen, response problems (Lag) and excessive flicker when the screen is in refresh mode at 120Hz or when the Dark Mode.
One of the owners of the device stated that after experiencing problems with its screen Redmi Note 10, they replaced his device with another one in the official service of the company, but unfortunately the new device turned out to have the same problems with the screen as the previous one.
When contacting the company's service for the second time, he received the answer that there is indeed a software failure, which will be fixed in the next MIUI update.
Another owner Notes redmi 10 Pro confirmed the same screen flicker problem when refresh rate is set to 120Hz, and activating the low refresh on 60 Hz, the flicker is reduced a lot, but it still exists - without bothering so much, while several other owners of the devices in its series RedMi Note 10 complained of similar problems with its activation Dark Mode.
H Redmi India responded to all these complaints, and encouraged device owners to contact the company directly, but at the same time, we do not know yet if the company has a ready and easy solution to solve the problems, as we also do not know how often they occur problems, and whether it is a generalized problem or a small percentage.
What is almost certain is that this is someone software problem and not from the hardware (Hardware). Hardware failure often requires the replacement of the device, and is a big problem for both the company in terms of cost and for the owners of the devices that will suffer, while in case the software is responsible the problems are easily solved with a simple upgrade in the software via updates (OTA Updates) of MIUI, and you do not even need to visit anyone service centers the company's.
