RedMi: Announces new 27-inch IPS display with 1080P resolution and 75Hz refresh rate

Η Redmi (a subsidiary of Xiaomi), today announced another product in China, and this time it is not a Smartphone, but a screen.

ΑThis is the second screen released by redmi after the Redmi 1A which was announced in May last year, and which marked the company's entry into this market segment.

Her new screen Redmi has IPS LCD panel at 27 inches with analysis in 1080p, and is priced at 799 yuan (~ $ 123 / € 102). The price of the new screen is much higher than the price of 499 yuan (~ $ 77 / € 64) that the first had Redmi 1A, and is expected to be officially available on 8 March through the Xiaomi Mall and Jingdong in China.

In terms of design, the RedMi 27-inch screen continues the classic design of the minimal Bezels on its three sides, and there is no unnecessary protrusion on the back of the screen. Xiaomi tells us that the thinnest part of the screen is just in 7,5 mm.

In its other features, the screen as mentioned above is equipped with a panel of 27 inch with analysis FHD (1920x1080p), and supports the maximum refresh rate at 75Hz. Thanks to technology IPS, the screen offers a rich range of colors, clearer image and has better brightness, while the viewing angle is at 178 degrees.

In addition, the new Redmi screen has a proportion dimensions 16: 9, brightness 300cd / m² (TYP), 1000: 1 contrast ratio (TYP) and covers against 100% the color palette sRGB.

But apart from the above, the new Redmi screen comes with special function of low blue lighting, which will not cause fatigue in your eyes even if you look at the screen for a long time.

It is definitely a screen designed for wide use in office applications, but also by non-demanding gamers, although we doubt that those involved in games will find this monitor interesting, given the low refresh rate it supports.

In addition, the new Redmi screen supports viewing angle settings, and right or left rotation, as well as height adjustment.

It has doors HDMI, VGA and other inputs.
