Samsung, of course, could not lag behind the developments, for that and in its context IFA 2018 presented the Q900FN, an 8K proposal, which is based on the concept model (Q9S) that the Koreans had presented at this year's CES.
Although it follows a more traditional design, it has 8K resolution and AI upscalingwith 4.000 thread peak brightness, as well as standard support HDR10 +, with function on-the-fly content optimization. In addition to the above, Samsung 8K proposal comes with other features, such as the ability to recognize interconnected devices, optical cable connection that manages power and video inputs and of course a number of Internet-based features.
