A while ago we received a new mail inviting us to declare our account details in Winbank Piraeus Bank, in order to activate the so-called security service "Winbank Mobil".
Κwe receive many mails every day allegedly from banks or from PayPal, by various experts who are usually based abroad or even in our country, with the aim of stealing the login details in our accounts, so that they can enter undisturbed and "lift" up to the last euro.
So today, we received an email, allegedly from Piraeus Bank, to activate the so-called security service Winbank Mobil (Yes, that's how they spelled it out), and in fact, they ask us for the confirmation code that we will receive from the bank, in order to bypass all the security measures (2FA) that we and the bank have set.
Of course we will not be the only ones to have received this Mail, and for this we have the obligation to inform you immediately.
If you also received or will receive the above mail, Delete it IMMEDIATELY, and do not make the mistake of clicking on some of the links they have placed in the text.
Also contact your bank to inform them about mail or SMS that you just received.
Citizens who receive such messages are invited to:
- do not select the suggested links ( link ),
- do not reply to messages,
- do not register or send personal data and credit card details.
