To Pocophone F1 sells out everywhere and the secret is the dirt price for its excellent features. From the beginning, the company didn't hide that with this specific Mi 8 clone it wants to beat OnePlus, especially when it announced that the phone will have an unlocked bootloader and support for custom ROMs. The latter is great news for many who think MIUI is heavy and kills speed and user experience. If you imagine the phone with stock ROM, we inform you that the first Pixel Experience custom ROM is ready! This one brings the Pixel experience to mobile – predating the Mi 8 by two weeks with a port of the Pixel 2 ROM. Pocophone will not be different from Pixel and that means you get the whole package with Pixel Launcher, live wallpapers, ringtones, apps, etc.
There are some small issues (IR camera) but the developers are working on solving them. This particular Pixel Experience ROM is based on Android 8.1.0 Oreo, however, a new build with Android Pie will arrive in the near future - maybe with a port from Pixel 3.
