According to OnePlus, the most important new features include the improved user experience with the functions of Smart Launcher and Sidebar Toolbox, the improved gaming thanks to HyperBoost, the highest sound quality with Spatial Audio, Dolby Atmos, Fast Pair and Sound Switches, as well as the sharing options with the Nearby Share for stream sharing of applications.

The Smart Launcher, for example, lets you access apps faster by making folders larger on your home screen. You can then tap and open the apps in those folders without having to open the folder itself first.

The Sidebar Toolbox it's supposed to make sure you can use your smartphone more smoothly with one hand. In addition, the HyperBoost Gaming Engine it has been improved so that the touch response rate is better and frame rate fluctuations are less noticeable.

The OxygenOS 13 it also makes a qualitative leap in terms of sound. The operating system supports the Spatial audio but also the Dolby Atmos, while now thanks to Fast Pair, you will be able to connect your device to the supported devices, whether they are smart TVs or headphones, within seconds. If you want to switch from one device to another, this will also be possible directly from the audio switch.

Finally, the Oxygen OS not only will it be more beautiful and more functional, but also safer. To that end, it gives you more control over what you share with which apps. For example, the OxygenOS 13 it will automatically warn you about dangerous apps and downloads and also protect your location even when you connect to a public Wi-Fi network.

Finally, the Private Safe 2.0 it will protect your data, be it documents or media files, in a virtual vault that cannot be accessed by other applications.

Which phones will get OxygenOS and when?
