Η Xiaomi has at its disposal a range of home appliances of all kinds, from water purifiers (filters) to air detectors, which are responsible for controlling the air quality in the area where the appliance is located. Today the company decided to release a new gadget in this line of air detectors. The young Xiaomi Air Detector has many differences compared to its previous generation, for example, it no longer uses only PM 2.5 to determine air quality. The new detector is capable of counting including PM 2.5, TVOC, CO2a, humidity, and temperature .
Features of Xiaomi's new air detector
The design of this new Xiaomi air detector consists of three professional high-precision sensors located at the air intakes and outlets on both sides of the device, which measure all of the above parameters separately. In this way, the data of the pollutants recorded by the device, can be distributed more smoothly when detected.
The device has a touch screen of 800x480p. It has a built-in brightness sensor, which modifies the brightness of the screen according to natural light.
The device provides a wide variety of reading settings, which can be modified on the screen, using function keys. Each value or measurement is displayed on the screen separately and if you want to see a detailed analysis, you can touch the parameter you want to see in depth and then all the data collected to reach this result will be displayed.
The first direct sale of this air detector will take place on 11 November and will cost in total 399 yuan (58 euros).
