On the occasion of its launch Mi Fan Festival 2021 of Xiaomi, the Lei Jun, the founder of the company, made an announcement that many fans of the company have been looking forward to for a long time.
H fixed version of MIUI 12.5 will finally be officially released on April 30 2021.
So, its the stable version MIUI 12.5 will be available later this month, and the first batch of devices to receive it includes the following devices:

- Xiaomi Mi 10, Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro and Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra
- Xiaomi Mi 9 SE
The second batch of devices that will receive the expected update on MIUI 12.5, will start shortly thereafter during May, and will include the following devices:

- Mi 10 Youth Edition 5G (Mi 10 Lite 5G)
- Mi CC9 Pro
- Mi CC9 / Meitu Edition
- My 9
- Mi 9 Pro 5G
- Redmi K40 Pro
- Redmi K40
- Redmi K30 Pro
- Redmi K30 5G
- Redmi K30i 5G
- Redmi K30 Ultra
- RedMi 10X
- Redmi 10X Pro
- Redmi K30S Ultra
- Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G
- Redmi Note 9 5G
- RedMi Note 9 Pro
- Redmi K20 Pro
As you can see, the list also includes several devices that were released exclusively in the Chinese market, and this is essentially a list that may concern Chinese version of MIUI 12.5 and not the Global or ESA version that interests us.
The information we have tells us that this distribution of Global and ESA versions of MIUI 12.5 will be done almost simultaneously with that of the Chinese version or with a few days difference.
If you own a device that is not included in the list above do not worry yet, as the list is not complete, but you should keep in mind that devices that are close to three years from their first official release date will not receive an upgrade to MIUI 12.5, as this is the time limit that Xiaomi has set for supporting devices in software upgrades.
