So, a few days ago, MediaTek presented the news Dimensity 1300 as a replacement for last year Dimensity 1200 SoC.

The Dimensity 1300 as we see from the table above has 8-core structure with design CPU 1 + 3 + 4, which is exactly the same as the Dimensity 1200. The main kernel Cortex-A78 in the SoC is timed to 3,0 GHz, the three “large ”Cortex-A78 cores have timing in 2,6 GHz and the rest 4 "small" Cortex-A55 cores are dated to 2,0 GHz.
As for the GPU, our new SoC is equipped with it again 9-core Mali-G77 by ARM. Virtually all the specifications of the new SoC are identical to last year's Dimensity 1200, but it will never disappoint you with its performance.
The only difference is the new Dimensity 1300 from the previous generation is that it supports technology Hyper Engine 5.0 from HyperEngine 3.0 that had last year's SoC.
The new Hyper Engine 5.0 according to MediaTek, has the AI-VRS which provides many improvements to wireless headphones as it supports technology Dual-Link True Wireless Stereo Audio and Bluetooth LE audio, along with a comprehensive range of game - related optimizations such as Wi-Fi / Bluetooth Hybrid 2.0.
