Following the release of the OnePlus 6T, Xiaomi decided to get a little creative. So, he started giving away computers to those who were going for the release of the OnePlus 6T. Those who got the computers, had to "do the deeds" (Do the Math) to compare its prices Poco F1 with the OnePlus 6T and see how much cheaper one is than the other.
The company continued the trolling via Twitter, mocking OnePlus' slogan, "NeverSettle," explaining that at around $285, the Poco F1 has the same processor, same RAM, more battery and headphone jack, instead of the ~$517 that the OnePlus 6T will cost.
All kidding aside, however, Xiaomi has left out some important differences between the two devices. The Poco F1 has a simple LCD IPS Panel for display as opposed to OnePlus's AMOLED. Besides, the Poco F1 has very bigger notch than OP6T, the Poco F1 is made of plastic while OP6T is a mix of aluminum and glass. Finally, the Poco F1 has a fingerprint scanner on the back unlike the OP6T which has the new fingerprint sensor technology inside the display of the device.
Admittedly, the difference in the prices of the two devices is not small. For the price of $285, the Poco F1 is a very good choice for its features as the differences with the OP6T may not appeal to many. In the end, actions speak for themselves...
