ΣThere have been many reports from our members in our community forum today about many problems with Google Keyboard (GoBoard) on various Xiaomi devices, but possibly on devices from other companies.
The result is that Google's keyboard application is constantly closed, and the user can not use it when needed. The problem occurred all of a sudden and may be related to an upgrade to Google Services or the keyboard application itself.
If you have the same problems, one quick fix until the problem is solved is to go to MIUI Settings >> Applications >> Application Management wherever you look to find the app GoBoard.
If you do not find it, click on the top three vertical bars and click on the option Show all applications.
You will select the application GoBoard when you find it, and you will press the down key Clearing data >> Clear all data.
This way, you should normally stop having problems with the keyboard.
If they do not stop and you continue to have problems, then you should open its application Google Play Store and search by voice search to find another keyboard, such as Swiftkey for example.
You will select its installation, and at the end of the installation you will set it as the main keyboard so that your device stops using the problematic GoBoard.
Later when the problem is resolved with an upgrade from the Google Play Store, you can go back to the Google Keyboard again.
Update : It has been upgraded with a new version of Google Keyboard that solves the problem.

Good evening, voice typing is not working...it seems like the phone doesn't answer me (while recording works fine), while I have given all the permissions etc...of course I have an internet connection....I can't figure out what's going on and I can't write with voice typing!

Guys on mine probably from some upgrade got the swiftkey and today the problem started. Finally I uninstalled the swiftkey and after google chrome with gboard voice command I went and updated the application and it came together.
Swiftkey is not the problem as many devices that have the same problem do not have a keyboard installed other than Google's.
