I'm a Xiaomi Redmi note 9 User and just updated it to MIUI 13 and I have some Most of us users having trouble with the bugs.
This is one example of the MIUI13 BUG
1. Some app Crashes/Freeze or Can't be and says not responding
2. Some features are missing
3. Fps Drops while Playing Games 30 to 13 fps drop compare to MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Stability playing it Stays at 50 to 60 fps
4. Boot slower Compare to MIUI12.5 Enhanced Miui13 boot up to 20 to 25 sec while miui12.5 boot up at 15 to 10 seconds
We Feel that MIUI 13 has so many changes like Smoothness of the Phone But the Stability is Really Worst.
Hope you can Fix the Stability of MIUI13.

Did you try to do a Factory Reset on your Device?
We know that will delete all your accounts and files from your device and you have to setup your smartphone from beginning but maybe this is the only way right now to fix those issues you reported
