In addition, Elon Musk's lawyers argue that Twitter also concealed the number of users who see ads. According to what they submit, during the first quarter of this year, 65 million of Twitter's 229 million daily active users saw no ads.
For the development of the case, a trial has already been scheduled to take place on October 17.
