Official installation fastboot rom with the Mi PC Suite -China Version

Important information
Checks to be done before making any changes to ROM, PLEASE do not ignore it !!!!
First Step Once You Buy Xiaomi with Android 8 Oreo - Android 9 Pie - Basic Tests
Step 1. Check for exactly which device we have, in order to download the correct one ROM
We can see this by putting the device on fastboot mode, initially shutting down the device and having the buttons pressed volume down & power we will see in the image below
Step 2. Then we run an admin window as administrators cmd and type the command cd c:\adb to be in the right folder
Finally we type the command fastboot getvar all and we will get an image as shown below.
Caution !!!
Depending on the device we may have a different result as to the partitions it will display, we ignore all this and look only at the end at the line that says:
product: hermes
Where product our cell phone and hermes the code name of our device.
If we do not know the code name of our device, we can look at: Dictionary
Step 3. Now we can download the Official ROM that we want to test on our device from the following link:

Mi Pc Suite - China Version
The name under which it will usually come down is: MiInst.exe
After downloading to our computer, we find the folder in which it is saved, select it, right-click and click where it says Εκτέλεση ως Διαχειριστής
Click on all the windows that will come out OK or NEXT in order for the installation to take place and wait.
In case he shows us a message Ασφάλεια των Windows we choose Εγκατάσταση του προγράμματος οδήγησης παρόλα αυτά
After the installation is complete, we can find the Mi PC Suite - China Version, on the desktop with the icon as shown below:
Double-click or single-click, depending on your computer settings, to run to continue with the installation ROM that we want.
Step 4. The home screen of Mi PC Suite - China Version is as shown below.
We do not need to do anything other than connect our mobile phone, after we have put it on fastboot mode, on our computer in USB 2 port.
It would also be good for SUB 2 to be located directly on the motherboard and not on a hub or front.
On a laptop we choose whichever USB 2 is available.
Step 5. Once we connect our device and it is recognized by Mi PC Suite it will show us the following image.
If we do not see the image as shown above, with all the fields filled in (obviously depending on the device it will have different names and a name ROM),
something is wrong with the whole process or with the drivers on our computer and we can not continue with that driver.
We check if it really appears correctly in the management of our computer devices as in the photo:
If this is true, then we are asking for help from the forum members either to solve the problem or to suggest another guide.
Step 6. Select the rom you want to install by clicking on the button shown in the photo.
We will see Windows Explorer where we need to find the folder we have saved fastboot rom where we downloaded,
to select it by pressing at the end Άνοιγμα as shown below…
Just press Άνοιγμα its installation will begin fastboot rom
We are finished, now we are waiting for its installation to be completed fastboot rom.
It is possible to never see 100% in the mi pc suite, or to stop at a certain percentage.
This does not bother us, 99% from behind it works properly and our mobile will restart automatically as soon as the installation process is complete and Mi PC Suite will return to its home screen trying to identify the model of our device that is loading as in the photo:
